Every Singapore non-landed project with official rental data, ranked by gross rental yield. Gross yield = median rent ($psf/month) × 12 ÷ median resale $psf. Sort any column; filter by district, property type, tenure remaining, number of units and minimum yield.

Gross yield is indicative and excludes maintenance fees, property tax, vacancy and financing. Tenure remaining is computed from the tenure string (commencement year where available). Only projects with at least 10 rental contracts in the quarter are published by URA, so newer or smaller projects may be absent. All figures for educational purposes only — not financial advice.
