HomeVestor is built to be privacy-light. The analytics tools (valuation, calculators, watchlist and similar) run in your browser — the figures you enter are not sent to us or stored on our servers. The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit to receive our weekly digest.

What we collect

If you sign up for the digest, we collect your name and email address, plus the date and IP address of the submission (for security and abuse prevention). That's it. We do not collect financial details, and the numbers you type into the calculators never leave your device.

Why, and your consent

We use your name and email solely to send you the HomeVestor digest and related updates, on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the sign-up box, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not sell, rent or trade your data.

How it's stored

Sign-up records are stored on our hosting outside the public web root and are access-restricted. We keep them only as long as needed to run the digest, or until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time (every digest email includes a link), and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with the PDPA.

Third parties

Site data comes from public sources (URA, HDB, MAS, IRAS, MOE, OneMap/SLA, data.gov.sg) and our mortgage partner's published rate feed; these do not receive your personal data through this site. If you choose to contact our mortgage partner, that interaction is governed by their own privacy terms.
